New England Home's 5 Under 40 awards spotlight the hottest emerging talent in New England's residential design professions. Selected by an exceptional committee of regional design leaders, 5 Under 40 winners are the people to watch, producing some of the most beautiful and innovative work available today. Custom rugs are designed by the award winners and produced by Landry & Arcari Rugs and Carpeting to be auctioned off at a 5 Under 40 Awards ceremony.  All proceeds benefit Barakat, a Cambridge, Massachusetts based charity that works to empower education in women and children in Pakistan and Afghanistan. 

From 2013 to 2017, Herrick & White proudly sponsored The New England Design Hall of Fame awards which honors young designers who have had noteworthy careers in design in New England.
