2022 is our 45th year of business. This year Herrick & White has continued a tradition of employee-to-ownership succession. Kevin Fuoroli, President; Gerry Ferland, Director of Manufacturing; Jay Walden, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and Jeff Amylon, Director of Project Management and Engineering, have all transitioned into co-ownership. Having mentored and prepared their successors for several years, Ken Bertram and Gary Rousseau, have retired this year. Along with Steve Brannigan, the company's Chief Financial Officer, this trio oversaw Herrick & White's continued growth and improvements to garner industry awards and client accolades.

It is with a great amount of confidence that Ken, Gary, and Steve have passed along the ownership of Herrick & White to another team of long-term employees who have moved up through the company.

The new ownership group has been diligently preparing for a successful leadership transition. Kevin sums up the company's plan for the future: “We are very fortunate that since 2007, the previous owners have made Herrick & White a better and stronger company and improved employee benefits. Jeff, Gerry, Jay, and I have spent our entire careers in this industry and have 76 years of combined experience right here at Herrick & White. We will continue building on their success, improving our technologies and processes. We strive to produce high-quality millwork on schedule and on budget, along with next-level customer service."

Herrick & White Architectural Woodworkers started in 1977 as a two-man woodworking shop in a small garage. Since then we have crafted custom architectural millwork for exclusive residences, historic renovations, commercial projects and custom heirloom furniture. We enjoy working with some of the best contractors and builders, architects and designers throughout New England.
